The information that Rakia collects is used for the sole purpose of establishing the possibility of mutually beneficial relationships between our clients and prospective candidates, and enabling communication between the two parties for the fulfillment of that purpose.

Rakia will not trade, sell, or lease any private information that is collected to any external companies without first obtaining the written consent of the party to whom the information concerns. Information is only disclosed for Rakia’s legitimate business purposes or as required to meet legal and regulatory requirements such as complying with a court order.

 

We may share information with our affiliates and partners and with service providers such as contractors or other companies that we use to provide full recruitment services (collectively, "Service Providers").

 

However, we limit our disclosure of the private information to that required for the function that will be performed by the Service Provider on our behalf. We also ensure that every contract we enter into with a Service Provider clearly outlines the Service Provider's obligation to protect private information and comply with applicable privacy laws.

The use of Rakia’s services and provision of private information after reading this privacy policy constitutes consent to Rakia’s collection, use, and disclosure of this information as specified herein and for the purposes described herein.

Rakia Recruiting has physical and technological safeguards in place to ensure that both paper and electronic private information is secure.

 

Electronic Collection of Information:

Rakia’s technology does not use cookies or web bugs to monitor users. Rakia treats private information provided via e-mail in an identical manner to any other private information. However, private information provided via unencrypted e-mail has inherent risks of interception over which Rakia has no control. Any private information that Rakia collects electronically is for the purposes described in this policy.

 

Retention of Private Information:

Rakia Recruiting retains private information of parties as long as the parties are using our services, or longer if required by law.

 

In the event that a person or company wishes to withdraw consent to the use, disclosure, and retention of private information by Rakia, it is the responsibility of the party to inform Rakia in writing of such a desire. Upon the party’s written request, Rakia will inform the party how such action will affect the services provided, and comply with the request by removing the data.

 

Accuracy of Information:

Rakia Recruiting periodically audits its files and databases for accuracy by contacting the individuals and companies involved. Rakia welcomes any party to contact us directly to verify or update his or her private information.
